Hello all.
My intuition has been at an all time high recently.
Here is a short story. Yesterday, I had a difficult time sleeping. There was this ringing in my ear all night, that was bugging me. I finally get to sleep at around 4am in the morning. I had my normal dreams, and then all of a sudden I get this crystal clear vision of a website. This website played in my minds eye between my waking and sleeping state. It lasted for what seemed like 1 full minute. I saw this image of this hip hop, artistic, urban feeling website with really cool and innovative things going on the site. The vision was so clear and vivid, almost hard to put into words. I knew exactly who this vision was for. I immediately texted this person as soon as I got finished writing down this very clear vision I had. I get a message back from him, and he shows me a blog he’s been working on recently. I was in awe of at how accurate the blog looked like, in comparison to what I saw in my early morning “vision.” And oh yeah, the ringing in my ear stopped after I got the “vision.”

I want to quickly just include the 2 Things I’ve been doing lately that I believe have enhanced my intuition tremendously.

1. Eating Healthier
2. Daily Meditation

    Hey Baker,
    I have started a habit of eating healthy, natural, non-processed foods. Food is the fuel for your body, soul, and mind so why not give it the best it deserves right? I believe my mind has become more focused as a result. Meditation is something I am not too familiar with and I think would help a great deal. Any tips?

    Hey Nick,
    Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I agree that food is the fuel for your body, soul, and mind. As far as meditation, there are tons of tips online, if you run a google search on “how to meditate.” The basic idea is to quiet the mind for as long as you can.
    I must say like anything else, it does take getting used to, and practice. The results from daily meditation, like I mentioned in this post have been amazing, for giving me more clarity throughout my day, thus enhancing my intuion as well.
