I am really glad to see that you had a similar experience of mine, in the form of a sport in your case baseball. It's really nice to hear that other people have similar experiences. You mention the present moment, lately I've been making an effort to be more present in my daily activities. It's been a wonderful experience when I get back into a state of pure presence, it takes getting used to for me, because the past couple weeks I've been all over the place. But gradually getting back on track. The present moment is truly remarkable.

Hey Nick,<br

I have also noticed that if I can live in the moment, live in the Now, live and enjoy the process I become more clear minded and centered. My decisions are more focused and usually have a more positive result. Enjoying the process and living in the moment is also a good practice to free yourself from anxiety, something of which I have struggled with in the past but i am improving. It also seems that some of my best results come from not even trying for the end result, but completely focusing on the process and enjoying it!Good post!

Baker,

I really liked this one.
