I have also noticed that if I can live in the moment, live in the Now, live and enjoy the process I become more clear minded and centered. My decisions are more focused and usually have a more positive result. Enjoying the process and living in the moment is also a good practice to free yourself from anxiety, something of which I have struggled with in the past but i am improving.It also seems that some of my best results come from not even trying for the end result, but completely focusing on the process and enjoying it!Good post!
