Why Watching Youtube Videos Expands Your Mind

Hello all.
Watching Youtube Videos are good to keep up to date with the latest information. If needed, the information does serve you well. Now, not all Youtube videos (obviously) will expand your mind. But there are some really good informative videos on ideas and information that goes beyond what the mainstream television set is willing to offer. Now, please use your own reason and viewer discretion. However, from what I choose to watch on Youtube generally it allows me to expand and broaden my own mind.
The reason I believe watching Youtube videos, (in particular created from “everyday” people with great ideas) is a good thing, is because it has the potential to give you hope and encouragement in your own life. It is easy to sit and watch a “movie star” on television talk about certain things in their life that is going very well, and say to yourself, that can never happen to me, because that person is a “movie star” that individual is so far from where you are today. The idea is that the movie star is someone that lives in another world than you do.
However, when you watch these highly talented and amazing people on Youtube create videos from the comfort of their very own home, there is an authenticity there, and a feeling of connection with you the audience. These are generally everyday people with some good wisdom, and express themselves very well. It really is what you choose to see. I have respect for people on Youtube that speak their truth, regardless if I agree with it or disagree with their views, I think Youtube is a great creative outlet for creative self expression. Youtube videos have the potential to expand your mind with information from everyday people like yourself.
