Yes you can put this technique into your regular meditation.

When you are feeling that other people’s lower negative energy is effecting your own vibration, this is when the ball of light protection is most useful.

What you can do, is really simple. Imagine a bright white light around your phsyical body as you ask God or your angeles for protection. Hold this white ball of energy around your phsyical body, and begin to feel protected and safe in this white ball of light.

I enjoyed reading your post and I am interested in hearing more about your white ball of light. My physical body is in need of energy. I am working on that process through positive self-talk and meditation. I have always been interested in reading about ways to gain inner peace and balance.
