I would suggest getting out a notebook. Each morning write as much as you can on whatever comes to your mind. Simply let the words come out, and don’t worry about editing your thoughts. This practice every morning can help you not feel stuck in what you want to communicate with others through writing.

Thanks, thats quite useful stuff to know! I admit to being a bit of a failure in the kitchen, but I'm trying my best to learn. Admitting iis the first step right!? I promised to cook a whole meal for my wife this weekend for the first time - very exciting! I found some simple recipes at this site, seems to be designed exactly for people like me, which is fantastic! Anyway, thanks, I'll be sure to bookmark this site to read more later.

Awesome movie and anyone that hasn’t seen it yet needs to get a copy and watch it immediately. The life lessons that you point out were spot on, again I don’t want to give too much away but the way they put across the idea of everything being interconnected was awesome. For anyonew reading this and thinking that the movie is a little preachy, that couldn’t be further from the truth, the messages are there if you care to look for them but if you just want to watch a visual spectacular that will blow your mind that is also there for you too!!!
