My Blog is Like My Baby
A thought occurred to me at this moment, as I began to write this blog.
I was contemplating about what I wanted to write about. All of a sudden, it dawned on me, how special this blog is to me. This blog to me represents so much of me, and what is going on in my life, that it’s difficult to even phantom how truly remarkable something as simple as typing words on a screen can make such a positive impact on my daily life. The more I get into writing on this blog, the more I learn about myself. This process for me is not like any other process, (other than playing basketball in my teens) that I can relate to. The flow that I get into, and the entire process from thinking of something to write about, letting it flow out of me, and editing my own work has been nothing short of extraordinary. I began to realize how this blog alone has really helped me in my own personal development and growth.
At the age of 25 I am currently single and I don’t have any kids yet. In the future, I’d like to have kids of my own. But at the moment, I do know one thing. I love this blog like it is my own child. I nurture it and give it love, have people send it some love and it’s a glorious experience in my own life.
Nurture
I check up on this blog everyday. I give it attention and love by giving it what it wants, but I’m also disciplined with it. I don’t spoil it, but I do give it my heart and undivided attention. If it needs more ratings I know exactly what to do, if it needs more patience I step back and let it breathe. I know what my blog needs and I nurture it accordingly, for the inspiration and empowerment for all my readers to share and enjoy collectively.
Love
The words I pour out into these amazing posts, are from love. They come from my heart and I follow this guidance. I know that many people have many things they love in life, but at the moment in my own personal development this is where I choose to operate from. I love receiving comments and feedback from many people that resonate and feel my messages at a core level filled with inspiration and empowerment.
Playfulness
Like a child my blog is playful and fun. Sometimes I may not be 100% aware of where it wants to go, but I know that it has positive good intentions. I play with this blog like a pianist plays with his piano. I play and extend joy and fun with what I do on these pages. This playfulness opens up doors of endless creativity. This childlike creativity sparks the imagination of countless others, and brings about a positive uplifting union for other childlike creative artist to rejoice and celebrate with the goodness of life! This playfulness is exciting, fresh, positive, fun, and uplifting.
Appreciation
I appreciate this blog like a father appreciates his son or daughter. I feel so blessed to be able to come up with fresh content on a regular basis. I appreciate my own efforts and creative insight that comes from my higher self. I appreciate also reading top bloggers blogs, as these are tools that give me insight in my own personal development journey. I appreciate the talents I have to express on this blog and the joy that comes from this creative self expression. I appreciate every single reader that comes on my page and recieves tangible, positive, and inspirational value from it.

Hey Baker, this post reminds me of when I first started out. It’s really crazy when I look back on it. It took me about 5 months before I got my first comment, and when I did, it was like the best feeling on earth. Treat your blog like it is part of you, you know? Don’t give up dude.
There were times when nobody was coming and I was like what’s the point? I’m feel like I’m just writing this for myself. But I just kept going and within a year, my blog started to get more visits. I’m a slow learner because it took me a while, but I think anybody can make a successful blog quickly if they know what to do and are determined.
When you keep blogging, you’ll one day figure out a breaking point. It’s that “ah-ha” type of feeling where things just come to you. But it comes down to consistent action. This gives you the results and experience to push you forward. Good job on your blog so far man.

Hi Baker, It shows so much that YOU Nurture, Love, & Appreciate your blog. I see it from your writing & it does come from the heart. I enjoy reading it for sure. I once heard this:
Dr. William Glasser, author of many books including Every Student Can Succeed, spent years studying how people learn. He found out we Learn…
10% of what we read
20% of what we hear
30% of what we see
50% of what we see and hear
70% of what we discuss with others
80% of what we experience personally
95% of what we teach someone else.
I thought that was interesting……
So in the end, your blog is your own personal journey in life and you get to share it with others. I’ll be here if you need me.
always REMEMBER:
If u want to learn a thing, read that; if you want to know a thing, write that; if you want to master a thing, teach that. Yogi Bhajan

Hey Hulbert,
Thanks for the encouraging words, and sharing your story. I agree knowing what to do and being determined is the key to the success. I am having a lot of fun building this blog from the bottom up, which synchronistically is the name of your wonderful blog! Thanks for taking the time to read this post. I appreciate it.
Hey Therese,
I really appreciate the support.
Wow. You are an inspiration to me. I really resonate well with the idea that 95% of how we learn is by teaching others. This is really special, and inspired me to write more from what I’ve learned and grown to understand on my own personal development journey. Therese, thank you so much for acting as almost like a mirror to my already beautiful and awesome soul.
