I like the idea of maintaining a balance. There is the natural instinct to want to fly but at the same time, there is a need to be grounded because our souls have chosen to incarnate here for some important life lessons.

Hey Wilson,
I actually just began developing this recently again. I do what is called morning pages, where I write every morning 3 pages in my notebook any thoughts that come to my mind, I don’t try to censor it and I just write freely. I’ve been writing these morning pages for 2 months straight now. So I really think it is something if someone is willing to develop, can do.
