Why GOOD Things Continue To Flow To ME

Photo Via: thepilver.wordpress.com
I am feeling really grateful today. I am so grateful for the comments I’ve been receiving on my blog, and to see that people are resonating with the level or understanding I am currently in feels very refreshing and humbling.
I just want to express that gratitude outwards to you all. I feel that good things continue to flow to me because I make an effort to continually be in this state of gratitude. This place of being grateful allows me to manifest even more good things to flow into my life.
For example, I paid my rent and finally paid out a speeding ticket I got just today. As simple and basic as that sounds to some people, to me, it feels really nice to be able to pay for the rent when rent is due, and to finally pay off a speeding ticket that has felt like a weight on my shoulders for sometime. Also, on Friday I will be attending a really fun filled art show festival here in downtown Tempe with a friend. They close a whole street block and just have an art show every first Friday of each month. This will be my first time attending this art show, so I’m really excited and grateful for the invite!
A lady emailed me a few days ago that has been following my blogs and asked me how do I always seem to be so positive full of optomism all the time. I responded, “It’s because I am always make the intention to live from a place of gratitude.” It is a lot easier to be optomistic about the future, when you acknowledge the good you already have in the present.
Looking back at my life, I can say the moments that continue to be remembered for me as “great moments” were not times when I was winning an award, or achieving something grand. But rather the gratitude that I felt that came along with the “achievement” is what stood out for me. I can say now that the moments that I have felt really thankful for the things that manifest in my life is when I feel the very best about me.
It is so easy to get caught up in what is going wrong and the problems that are occuring our lives. I do this from time to time, but the reality is when you begin to step into this space and train your mind to think in terms of what is going right, this beautiful space begins to open up in your life.
The month of March has been somewhat of a transitional month for me, creatively I felt the urge to open up more on some of who I am and where I continue to grow and learn from. So even with that I can find something to be grateful.
I feel this new month of April 2010, will continue to be a real positive month for me in manifesting more good into my life, by continuing to express myself creatively and being an example that others can follow in if they so choose. I continue to follow my joy, and this space just opens up wonderful things to start manifesting in my life. I just know that this month will be filled with so much more good things to be grateful for, and I’m just really excited about this ongoing personal development journey.
I would urge my readers to allow yourself to see what is going well in your life, and I can gaurantee that things will begin to open up for you. You will see that the more you focus on what is going right and what you already have in life and embracing the goodness of that, you enter new places that are filled with more of that joyful and positive experince for yourself.
This is what it means to be truly empowered. To already come from a space of gratitude and appreciation for what is going well in your life already. The beautiful thing about this downward spiral in the economy is that more and more people are starting to be grateful for the smaller simpler things in their life. For more inspirational value on how to thrive and be, do, and have what you want during this current economy by working on your inner self first, make sure to get a copy of my book HERE.
When you so caught up in taking action and the “doing” and accomplishing of things, how do you know when what you just completed is something that was worthwhile? It really does come from being grateful and acknowledging yourself for a job well done. Give yourself a pat on the back each and everytime you do something good for yourself and just be so thankful for the ability to do have accomplished what you have accomplished regardless of how small or big you think it is.
Just know that the more you do this, the better you feel about yourself and the more good things continue to flow into your life.
Good things continue to flow to me because I am grateful for the things that have already manifested in my life.
What areas in your life can you start to be grateful for today?
Have you noticed in your life, that this feeling of gratitude, opens up a space for more good to flow into your life? I would really like to read your feedback.
Also, for more tips on how to be more grateful for the things in your life, I wrote a post awhile back HERE.

Hello again Baker, I’ve added your blog to my Blogroll. I love this post. It’s so true. When we’re grateful for what we have, or even the littlest things we enjoy our lives so much more. Not to mention that it also attracts more things to be grateful for too. I’m going to be interviewed on a radio program in April. I’m soo grateful!
Angela Artemis´s last blog ..Identify Your Passion Using these 5 Clues from Childhood.
Very True Baker. Being grateful is a key that opens up many doors. I’ll tell you what I’m grateful for. I’m grateful that you are expressing who you are without fear of judgment. That’s something that people can be inspired by.
The act of being grateful opens up your ability to receive abundance. Gratitude turns a small cup into the size of the ocean.
Plus when things start flowing, you feel so good and so many things start happening. You also become more patient in times when you have huge challenges, because you know it just makes you better. Depending how react of course.
But hey I would like to thank you for your post Baker. It was perfect timing for me to read it when I did. Thanks man…
Have a great day.

Hi Baker,
Beautiful post — I can feel your ‘vibration’
of joy and gratitude and was excited to jump from my site to yours.
I took a while to reflect on “great moments” and you’re right. It’s not about the “achievement” necessarily, it is about the positive feelings that occur from that event. It can be joy, relief, laughter, fulfillment, connection… and yes, gratitude.
As simple as it may sound, I have Gratitude for my journey online. I’m still learning and working my way to figure things out, but I’ve learned a LOT and have made awesome connections for only having my first post this year. I’m Grateful for the community of PG&D (personal growth & development) people that I’ve been introduced to. For a long time, I had only read Steve Pavlina. Since he turned off comments a long while back and I didn’t participate in the forum, I just recently found this support via Twitter.
Judge not — LOL!! Being buried in a 15″ screen alone for hours learning, implementing, networking, and on and on… I DO need to celebrate even the small stuff.
In addition, I get joy from watching your growth — seeing your coaching services, being grateful for design changes, reading your growing number of commentators, etc. Yes, it snowballs to positive growth.
I am in Gratitude of you and your work.
Hey Angela,
Yes the more gratitude we express, the more of that comes our way. Let me know which radio station, I would like to tune in and listen!
Baker
Hey Kevin,
I am glad that this post comes to you at the right time when it is of value and helpful for you. Expression of gratitude is something I think when we forget to do it, we have to remind ourselves again of how valuable it is to the natural flow of life. I appreciate the feedback man.
Hey Kim,
Thank you for the feedback. Yes, I am actually growing here online as well, sharing my stories and what I’ve learned in my own personal development journey, so that others can realte as well. I also have read up on Steve Pavlina’s post, its ironic because when I started blogging two years ago, reading his blog is what made me want to come online and start blogging on topics on personal development, self help, and spirtuality as well, by adding my own little personal twist. I am so glad to see your growth as well online, and you are doing a very excellent job as being as I see a “connector” in this community.
Most of the time when negativity beleaguers my senses, I try to see the blessing in my life, suddenly, gratitude supersedes my negative senses and I felt good. Being grateful is a powerful motivator to keep us moving in life, despite the curves we usually encounter.
Hey Walter,
Yes despite the curves in life, being intentional about the gratitude becomes more of a habit that we can develop if we so choose. Thank you for stopping by with your feedback.

Hi Baker — I agree with you! Focus on goodness and truth and what’s right, and then by grateful for it all. And then expect more of it. And then be willing to fit into the role of becoming more as we pursue more of the goodness.
The mind is a powerful thing — if we can just learn to work it for good.

Hey Barb.
Yes focusing on the goodness and truth is a wonderful way to stay in this state of gratitude. Thank you for your feedback. Wishing you all the best!
Hi Baker, this post felt like an outdoor meditation in the sun near a waterfall. Gratitude is indeed very powerful. When we embrace it, magic happens. I’m grateful for the gift of each day and everything taht comes with it. Thanks for the good vibes!
Hey Belinda,
Yes, when we embrace this type of gratitude energy, magic really does begin to manifest in our outward world. Belinda, I feel very blessed when you send me your feedback!

Hi Baker, dude you’re post is deep man. Life sucks sometimes when you think about the future or the past. This happens to me a lot. I like your attitude on staying grateful for the things we have in the moment. It keeps things in perspective. Thanks for sharing this Baker and I’m really digging the new design!

Hi Hulbert,
It means a lot that you see the depth in this new writing style that I am implementing. Yes with atoo much focus on the future or the past, it takes away a lot of the gratitude that we can express in the here and now. Thanks fo yr your feedback, it is much appreciated.
Baker

Baker,
Thank you for this beautiful post. It always amazes me how people overlook the simplicity and power of gratitude.
Pronouncing these two words with all my heart has brought to me countless blessings.
There are 3 things in life that have unlimited power to transform someone’s life:
Gratitude, Forgiveness and Blessing other people
Keep up inspiring us!
Ayo!
Thank you for the feedback, yes gratitude is the key to experiencing more joy and whatever else we choose to experience in this life. Great feedback and it is a blessing to share on here my experience.
