I would consider myself a person that has a strong self belief in himself. My strong self belief combined with my strength of purpose and optimism make for a wonderful blend of elegance and dedication to what I do, resulting in wonderful rewards and an inner sense of joy.

I am very excited for the ability to use this blog space, where I can express my thoughts and creativity with you all. This blog has allowed an amazing space for those that choose to, to be filled with inspiration and positive energy beaming out from the screen into your life.

A strong self belief, was necessary for me to develop to come to this place of being able to share these insights and philosophies with you all. It wasn’t always this way for me early on. It was something I had to work on within myself.

A Young Eager Student of Personal Development

I began this journey by reading and studying a wide range of books on personal development, spirituality. But, it didn’t stop there. I took action and began getting out there and meeting highly successful people in their respective fields. I made a real effort at the early age of 22 to begin attending seminars on personal development and wealth creation. I was usually the youngest one at these seminars. But, that didn’t stop me from my thirst to learn more about how these successful people have reached such great heights of personal fulfillment and success in their own life.

I attended seminars with people like Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, Gary Vaynerchuck and Donald Trump as the keynote speakers. Regardless of your own personal views and opinions on the people listed above, one thing that you can’t argue is that these people have made a name for themselves and are respected by their peers and colleagues alike as success stories.

I attended these seminars with the intention to meet highly successful individuals face to face and learn and study from them. Although, many of these encounters were very brief and short, the energy that was transfered and the insights I gained from their speeches have played a major role in inspiring and empowering myself.

One of the major things I learned from these people among many other things was that they had a strong self belief in who they were. Regardless of the naysayers/negative opions of others, and many challenges they faced. These people of excellence continued to stay true to who they were and it is almost as if through their tenacity and overcoming challenges in life that they began to develop a strong self belief in themselves.

A Strong Self Belief and The State of Flow

I realize it has been awhile since I’ve posted on here. But, I would say that a strong self belief, allows me to stay rather consistent on this blog. The best part about this blog space is that it is very much in alignment with my natural talent and passion for writing. This alignment keeps me in a state of flow. Many people may be wondering how I continue to stay in state of flow for myself. Where do I continue to get these creative insights that keep me in this flow? It begins with a strong belief in myself first, but I felt it would be appropriate to share with you the creative process that I gather my inspiration from. I have found that there are two ways it comes to me.
This comes from my awareness of my external environment and also my social interactions with other people.

My Creative Process # 1 – Awareness of My External Environment

For example, I can be out in downtown Tempe Arizona with a friend, and I can notice just the vibes I get from the people around town going about their business and pick out the state of consciousness they may be operating at, and I can come back to my apartment and not necessarily write specifically about the situation I saw, but the energy and level of awareness with the people as a whole. This gives me inspiration to get my ideas of what I feel may be lacking from my unique perspective and write about possible solutions that can help resolve these issues in a positive way.

The process of experiencing the external outside world and collecting the data and blogging about it keeps me in this steady flow. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t intentionally go around town trying to find something to blog about, I would say it is a more natural and intuitive process that I have found works well for me.

My Creative Process # 2- Social Interaction

Although I derive a lot of creative insight from my external environment, I would say that most of my inspiration for writing comes from actively socializing with new people and sharing and receiving different points of view and perspectives on life. I have found that in particular for me, socializing with people of different backgrounds and cultures is very beneficial to my overall creative process. This is because I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate a larger spectrum of perspectives stemming from other people’s culture, versus a very rigid and narrowly focused perspective. This opens up the flood gates within my own consciousness in all sorts of very exciting and amazing ways.

Why It Beings With A Strong Self Belief

The flow that I get into with my creativity begins with a strong self belief in myself first. You see, if I am perceiving the outside world from an optimistic vantage point, I get a more clearer perception of what is really going on. It is almost like looking through he eyes of source energy, versus the lower self which is filled with doubt and harsh criticism that offends and hurt others, instead of inspiring and uplifting others.

A weak self belief in yourself, leads to wrongfully judging and condemning others that may lead to being negative towards how people behave. When you aren’t allowing a strong self belief to manifest within you first, it is very easy to get into a reactive state of mind, where you start the process of blame and anger towards people that you encounter.

So a strong self belief in oneself, isn’t just an “all about me” thing. It isn’t egotistical, or it isn’t selfish. It allows the person with a strong self belief the ability to see others and circumstances more clearly and without judging others harshly. You see, your inner world and what you carry inside about who you are is how you will begin to see people. Life then becomes this inside-out approach. Where you become fully responsible for your level or awareness, thoughts, and emotions.

Some may call this self actualization. But I just call it knowing who you are, being at peace with this knowing and allowing your inner light to shine from within you outwards to other people. This allows you to view others and the circumstances around you in a much more clearer light. How you see others is really how you see yourself.

Developing A Strong Self Belief For Yourself & The Rewards

Developing a strong self belief in yourself, may take time and effort depending on your own growth and stage in life. A strong self belief, comes not from the ego, it comes from an honest place within you that knows that everything is well. A strong self belief begins and ends with love. A love for the very essence of your being.

Not a love for what you have or haven’t accomplished yet in life. Not a love that is dependent on others approval, or your perceived status in the world. It is a love for your own spirit and embracing that spirit within you with honor and respect.

The more you can honor and respect this spirit within you, you will see that a strong sense of self belief within you begins to emerge. This self belief is felt and radiated outwards and people can sense your authenticity in how you are and carry yourself.

Combine this strong self belief with your alignment with your passions and creativity and you will begin to see the wonderful rewards and inner joy that I speak about in real time for yourself.
One of the keys to my continued success is my strong belief in myself. I don’t see why this can’t be any different for you once you recognize this with you yourself, simply by respecting and honoring your spirit honesty.

Being,

  8. Hi Baker.

I can understand what you get when you hear from those big individuals directly. I talked with Gary for maybe 20 seconds after hearing him speak, and that period of time stays in my mind. I got a real feeling of the person he is, and got a better sense of my own mission there.

Noticing our external environment sure does do a lot. When we drive by a street, we don’t notice half the flowers we notice when we walk by. When we go to a local business location, there are people all over to notice, and the things they do can be sources of information. If a person in front of us in line at the grocery store buys stamps there, we can learn that we can buy stamps from the checkout line too. We have to notice these things.

A strong self-belief does make a difference. I have had many times where you couldn’t replace me with someone else, because their self-belief would not be as great, and they would have given up on what I was doing at the time.

People who do not believe in themselves, who talk negatively about themselves, first above all, must come out of that condition, if they want to build awareness and run their material success.
