Following My Gut 100% a 30 Day Experiment

cheeta1 300x190 Following My Gut 100% a 30 Day Experiment

One of the things I write about a lot is following ones intuition or gut. What I have found is that, even though I write a lot about this topic, I actually don’t this 100%.

I mean, I’ve improved dramatically over the course of my 26 years of living. I am pleased with my progress thus far on this topic of going with the flow and taking inspired action when it comes from me, from the divine. But, feeling the urge to take it to the next level.

The reason I know my flow is not 100% is because my mind is always trying to come up with reasons to stop me from doing something. I will be taking part in a 30 day experiment to see what would happen if I just did and said exactly what was on my mind at that exact time it arrives.

This is a bit scary for me, because I do have amazing ideas run through my head all day long, but I probably only really act on really about 20% of them. I’ve wanted to do this experiment for quite sometime now.

Synchronistically I checked up on my Twitter, and click on a link of Steve Pavlina’s blog. He recently wrote a post here about that very same experiment that I’ve been thinking about doing for a few weeks now.

So as I take on this new 30 day experiment, do keep in mind that I will move into the direction of what an inspired thought, and not try to “censor” it. This may mean more frequent posts showing up on my blog, and if you follow me on Facebook or Twitter, some really just off the wall stuff will come up, or not… who knows? I’ll just move into inspiration and not try to “pre-plan” out things so much.

So the commitment I’m making for the next 30 day experiment is just taking action on my next inspired thought, without thinking twice and taking action on it at that exact moment.

Let’s see where this goes. =)
You are more than welcomed to “flow” with me for the next 30 days if you like, we can share and discuss the experience together.
