Thoughts, Energy, and A Simple Process of How I Start The Day
I have learned to seek my happiness by limiting my desires, rather than attempting to satisfy them.
-John Stuart Mills
One thing I enjoy writing about a lot on my blog is this concept of thoughts and energy.
I get a rush when I write about exciting ideas and philosophies such as these, as ideas like these are part of my nature and part of me being in alignment with all that is.
We are coming to a place in our earth’s consciousness where people are starting to see the effects their thoughts and energy have on the outcome of their life. This is exciting for me.
As more and more people become aware of this phenomena we are reaching a place that people can connect on higher levels of understanding, and progress in our evolution a lot more quicker and more rapidly than in the past.
When I think a thought, I project that thought into the future. I am creating my reality with what I am thinking and feeling. As these thoughts mixed with feelings create a real energy. What manifests into our physical reality isn’t so much the thought, but the feeling and energy we give behind the thought.
It is from this feeling that we create, because that is when we then are engaged in inspired action in the moment.
We are all vibrational energy beings. As we begin to free ourselves from the worries and concerns and replace those with positive uplifting ideas instead, we begin the process of really starting to clear the path for an adventurous, prosperous, and joyful future.
The intent though is not so much the focus on the future. The point of attraction is always in the hear and now. So, as you begin to see the power of the present and moment and what you can do right now to change things, you come from an empowered place.
Before I get up in the morning. I first express my gratitude for the day. After I express my gratitude and sincere thankfulness of the start of the day, I set my intentions for that day. It is a conscious thing that goes in my head. I then allow myself quite time for meditation with no thoughts and just simple breathing being totally clear.
This has worked for me well in the past, and continues to work very well for me.
After tyring different approaches, I am very grateful that I found a process that works well for me at the very start of each day.
This is a process that I use, and it has helped me have days of clarity, and smoothness. The reason this works so well, is because at the start of the day I am clearing a space for the type of day I want to create.
This is what it means to live an intentional life.
This is a nice place to be.
Creating in this way is a heightened state of awareness that masters have done in some form or another at the very start of each day.
This is not an overly complicated process, and is now something I do more of a ritual without noticing I’m doing it, but it is something that if you are starting out with can take some practice.
Everyone is different, and will resonate with a ritual that best suits them. Some may begin their day with prayer, or some variation of it. It isn’t so much what you are doing, but the intent behind it.
I would suggest whatever feels natural for you is the usually the best choice.
Your daily ritual can be a variation of what I do. But with this post I felt the urge to just share with you something simple I do, that maybe you can begin to practice if you like.
The intent is really just to start the day off with the right mindset and energy, that best suits you to operate from a clearer space each day. I find that expressing gratitude at the start of the day even if you do nothing else that I mention, is really powerful.
Operating from a clear space allows your decision making to be sharper, your conversations more flowing, and overall dealings in life more intune with your nature.
From this space, you are coming from an empowered place each and everyday. This is what it truly means to be a victor and not the victim of your life. You get to set the tone of how your day will go.
I’ve been working on my own personal development and growth for some time now, but just the very idea that you truly get to set the tone of your day-everyday, is a fascinating concept.
From this space, you have a real shot at making your wildest dreams a reality every single day, in alignment with your true nature.

Baker,
I love my morning ritual too. It does set the tone for the rest of the day. Sometimes when I have to be somewhere really early and I skip this routine I feel off-kilter. Thank for this lovely post.

Hi Angela,
That is really intersting that you mentioned that, a very similar thing happens when I don’t do my morning ritual, almost like being off balanced. I am glad you enjoyed this post.
