Fresh, Uplifting, Positive Thinking
There is no end to the improvements you can make in your own life everyday with a fresh, uplifting view of the world with positive thoughts. Fresh, uplifting, positive thinking will be yours after you read this post.
See yourself in a fresh new way, by changing the thoughts from negative thinking to positive uplifting thinking.
Why is this even important?
We are living in exciting times, as the world begins to shift in energy. Everyone knows there is something that is currently on this planet that feels very different than in the past.
When you begin to tap into this type of energy,you will see yourself in alignment with your highest good. This is all there is. It isn’t about trying to find it, it already is within you. It just needs to be taped into. It is just like a switch with you that needs to be turned on. There are three things that I’ve found that can activate you into positive emotions.
I will share with you these 3 things that have helped me out tremendously, and once you see the power in these small things, and gradually make a habit of it and fit it into your own daily routine, you will see how easy it is to tap into this space for yourself whenever you choose.
The four simple things that can help you tremendously are:
1. Go out in nature. This is something that gets overlooked, but has tremendous power. It is also free. You don’t need to spend a dime, to go out in nature. Spend time in the grass, with the trees. Nature has healing powers that will enhance your energy, once you start to do it little at a time. At first it might seem strange just hanging out in nature, but try to make this a habit or routine, and you will see the positive effects that nature truly has.
2. Creative visualization. One of my favorites, try to spend some time each day creative visualizing what it is you want to attract in your life. The key here is to make sure you are feeling the event as it is happening real time. Focus on your visualization and associate the exact feelings as though you already have it. Imagine being, doing, and having what you want in your visualization. Practice using all of your senses, how will it look, smell, taste, sound and feel? The more you practice this daily, the better the effects. You have to believe.
3. Give To Others What You Feel Is Lacking. This one works like a charm every time I personally use it. If you are feeling lonely, comfort someone. If you are feeling sad, bring someone else joy. If you are feeling low in money, give something to charity. Always give honestly, sincerely, and with love. This is the quickest way to speed back up your vibration to where you want it to be. Give away what you feel is lacking, if you keep this in mind yo will see the benefits. What you sow, you reap.
4. Gratitude. Major one here. Always express gratitude for all that you have in your life. Even pay close attention to the little things to be grateful for. This will uplift you whenever you need it, because there is tremendous power in being grateful for what you have. I have had tremendous experiences in my own life when I continue to be grateful for the tiniest of things that come to me. Develop the attitude of gratitude.
