Perception

Life is just a perception. It becomes whatever you agreed it to become.

Your perception of life is real. If you perceive life to be a hard struggle, life becomes that perception. You begin to see real life evidence of it by the people you meet that are struggling, and the struggling circumstances and events that you continually experience. Your perception made it so.

If your perception of life is to be an enjoyable journey, life becomes that. You begin to see life evidence of it by the enjoyable people you meet, and the enjoyable circumstances and events that you continually experience.

It really is a matter of choice. People design their lives by what they are perceiving life to be like. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet up with John Chow  from johnchow.com and Osborne Chen  from osbornechen.com over the weekend for an excellent  Pho dot com meetup. (Baker on at 2:37).

John perceives his life as an exciting adventure. He teaches people how to make money from blogging. He doesn’t have to go to a regular 9-5 day job that he doesn’t enjoy, and has the time and financial freedom to do what he enjoys, blogs about it and has fun.

That inspires me. The time and financial freedom to follow your excitement for you is awesome. Your perception will  change.

Perception and Following Your Excitement

In my own personal life, I do what is exciting for me which is blog and creatively express myself. I do this successfully because writing, blogging, and creatively expressing myself is fully aligned with my perception of life which is that life is filled with joy, abundance, peace, and happiness. Nowadays, I do what is exciting for me more often than what doesn’t excite me. If something isn’t exciting for me I push it to the side. I used to have a challenging time struggling with doing things that I didn’t care much for. Doing jobs I disliked, putting up with people’s crap just to be “likeable” and pleasing others. That wasn’t cool. What your perception of life is becomes true for you. Do you see how it all perception?

It was part of the conditioning I received early on as a child, the whole idea, that you weren’t supposed to have an easy pass in life and it was meant to be hard and filled with struggle. Sure, there are going to be challenges in life, but the reality is that you get what you are focusing on. This is an energy based universe.

Currently, I am writing my 3rd eBook. The material I am currently producing on the eBook is very exciting and has some very real practical value that I know will help and inspire many people around the world. I am living breathing example of someone who is following their excitement. The perception I have on life is one of prosperity, happiness, and enjoyment.

Perception and Values

Life becomes whatever you perceive it to be. It always goes back to your values. You can design the life you want if you get clear on what you value. If that part isn’t clear for you, then you need to go back within yourself to find out what really matters most to you, and not what other people think should matter to you.

To me I value being of inspiration to others. I achieve being an inspiration to others, by valuing my own spiritual growth, time freedom, and financial freedom. Perception of what you see becomes real.
When I choose to align with my values, the value of being an inspiration to others just comes out naturally. It is just a way of simply “being” at that point, which is a very nice space to be in. This means I’m literally just being myself and everything is falling into place.

  1. Our perception is the most real thing there is. However, I don’t believe we can force reality in any direction. Then universe and nature have an immense power and we better use it in our advantage.

    Hey Marc,
Good point, there is also a flow to life that must be trusted that is the universe’s job.
