My name is Kevin Jacinto. My blogger name is Baker, because I make a lot of dough. In this instance the word “Dough” is in reference to Money, however these blogs have nothing to do with making money, but everything to do with following your dreams and passions and doing what you love. Money is just the icing on the cake.
I am a 25 year old blogger with a strong passion for writing about personal development. Writing these personal development blogs, gives me great joy as I see these blogs as a tool to inspire and enrich the lives of countless individuals. I am not a motivational or inspirational blogger, I am a realistic blogger. I write about what is real and authentic. I create and deliver positive value that people can understand and use for their benefit in their own personal development journey. Providing positive lasting value in the form of personal development directed to my readers brings great meaning and fulfillment into my life.
I created this blog because I couldn’t specifically define what “success” meant to me. I mean there were tons of ideas expressed to me at an early age about what mainstream America attempted to make me believe what “success” meant. The idea of climbing a corporate ladder, having a wife and kids owning a house, having a nice car. Although these ideas worked and continue to work for most people, deep down it seemed a little bit outdated for me. In the back of my mind, I was always thinking there had to be something better.
So I decided one day to create my own definition. I added the word “Beyond” in front of success, and created this blog entitled: “Beyond Success.”
Beyond Success can be defined as learning and growing form all your experiences and is measured by the happiness and quality of your life. Beyond Success is also creating something when you need it, making a contribution to others, and loving and respecting yourself and others.
I believe that every person on earth has a unique positive contribution to make in the world. It’s in this belief that my intention with this blog is to inspire and empower the lives of countless individuals for the greater good of all concerned.
