I have a dream about a self sufficient community that lives in harmony with the ecology that surrounds and inundates it. I am slowly piecing together all of the necessary: knowledge, people, and skills to lift this concept out of ideas and into reality. The key to all of it is utilizing Mycelium (mushrooms) to break down just about all waste produced by the community into some form of reusable resource. You can find out more about it on my blog. The major road block I'm experiencing right now is funding. Any advice you can provide will be greatly appreciated. I'll be adding your blog to my blogroll. Thanks again for your comments, please stop by again.

I, my self, am a: writer, poet, artist, dreamer, spiritualist, humanitarian, loyal friend, and entrepreneur. "Writing these blogs in particular gives me great joy as I see these blogs as a tool to inspire and enrich the lives of countless individuals. Providing positive lasting value to my readers brings great meaning and fulfillment into my life. Beyond Success is creating something when you need it, making a contribution to others, and loving and respecting yourself and others. Beyond Success can be defined as learning and growing form all your success and is measured by the happiness and quality of your life."

I feel like I can relate to you a lot. And thus, many times amidst modern cultures I have wanted to evoke you, sometimes for memories of you to keep me company, other times, to compare you with other nations-many times your beloved image appears to me afflicted with social cancer of similar malignancy.
Desiring your well-being, which is our own, and searching for the best cure, I will do with you as the ancients of old did with their afflicted: expose them on the steps of the temple so that each one who would come to invoke the divine, would propose a cure for them.
And to this end, I will attempt to faithfully reproduce your condition without much ado. I will lift part of the shroud that conceals your illness, sacrificing to the truth everything, even my own self-respect, for, as your son, I also suffer in your defects and failings.

Philippine Star -Gotha, 9 Dec. 2000 by Luciano Adan, NYC“We have two theological systems, side by side, the Christian and the pagan existing in one man.” Slit-Level Christianity by Jaime Bulatao, S.J.“Who is the gaming victor? Is there such a man? Yes, there exist such a man… for he is the same man who looks you straight in the eye and tells you he has told the truth. He has just mangled the truth, and, as he did his millions of fans, mesmerized others into believing that he has indeed done no wrong.”
“Uncompromising truth in government is tough and rare, especially at a time when flexibility in truth is the norm and the way of life, and to lie through the skin of your teeth and the tip of your moustache is the easiest most natural thing to do.”
Philippine Star-Lifestyle Features, Truth indeed is a star by: Josefina Lichauco 10/18/00“At bottom, its effect was to demonstrate that the culture of the Filipino is simply to play with symptoms and symbols but hardly ever to cope with and dig out the roots of any national problem. And that is why we are worse off today than we were in 1986. We have bragged to the world how we hoisted People Power on a democratic pedestal. And yet we are moving closer to the cliff.
“The fundamental problems plaguing the country have worsened. As we investigate why, we find out our culture is largely to blame – a pygmy, stunted, tatterdemalion culture in a global world wired to the pathways of education, of progress and economic prosperity.”
